Cuts of Lamb

If you’re looking for delectable luxury, lamb chops are the way to go. Cooked individually on a grill, a rack of chops can be French-trimmed and ornately displayed – a rich man’s feast.

The neck of the lamb, when carefully separated from the shoulder, is a less expensive meat, cooked preferably on low heat. The neck is a great fit for stews and curries and our taste buds as well!
